14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with TradingKite for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Free Trial Period
If you start with our 7-day free trial, the 14-day refund window begins after your trial ends and your first payment is processed.

Refund Processing Time
- •Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- •Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- •Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- ✗Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- ✗Subscription renewals (cancellation prevents future charges)
- ✗Violation of our Terms of Service
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations prevent future charges but do not provide refunds for the current billing period.
To cancel:
- 1.Log in to your TradingKite account
- 2.Go to Settings → Subscription
- 3.Click "Cancel Subscription"
Enterprise/Annual Plans
Enterprise customers or annual subscribers may have different refund terms outlined in their agreement. Please contact support@tradingkite.com for clarification.
