01No Refunds for Digital Subscriptions

TradingKite (operated by Wealth Grid) provides digital, subscription-based access to portfolio analytics, tax estimations, scenario tools, and related research features. Access to these services is delivered immediately after purchase.

Because our product is a digital service with instant access, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

02Subscription Policy

By subscribing to TradingKite, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments for TradingKite subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
  • This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, plan upgrades or downgrades, and automatic renewals.
  • Once access to the service is granted, we cannot reverse the cost of data, infrastructure, and third-party services used to power your account.
  • We do not offer "trial refunds", "money-back guarantees", or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
  • This policy is consistent with common regulations for digital content and with the terms required by our payment providers.

03Free Preview Before Subscribing

To help you evaluate TradingKite before making a purchase decision, we provide a free preview with sample data and limited features.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Explore the interface
  • Review the available analytics
  • Confirm that TradingKite fits your needs before upgrading to a paid plan

04Subscription Start and Renewals

Paid subscriptions begin immediately after your payment is successfully processed.

  • Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable, even if you do not use the service during the next billing period.
  • You can avoid future renewal charges by cancelling before your renewal date.

05Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings.

  • Cancellations prevent future charges.
  • Cancellations do not result in a refund for the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing term.
  • If you need help cancelling, please contact our support team before your renewal date.

06Billing Issues and Exceptions

If you believe there has been a billing error (for example, duplicate charges or an incorrect plan), please contact us at support@tradingkite.com within 7 days of the charge.

We will review each case and, where appropriate (such as clear duplicate charges), may issue an adjustment or credit at our discretion. However:

  • Subscriptions used for a meaningful period of time are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • The absence of usage alone (for example, forgetting to cancel) does not qualify for a refund.

07Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated with your bank or card issuer:

  • We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to your TradingKite account while the dispute is investigated.
  • Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.

If you ever have concerns about a charge, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.

08Enterprise and Custom Agreements

Enterprise customers, reseller arrangements, or customers on custom contracts may have separate refund and cancellation terms as specified in their written agreement.
