The rules for using TradingKite. Written in plain English.

1. Legal Entity

TradingKite is a financial technology product owned and operated by Wealth Grid (registered business name). By accessing or using TradingKite, you agree to enter into a binding agreement with Wealth Grid.

By using TradingKite, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

  • •You must be 18+ to use TradingKite
  • •You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • •One account per person (no sharing)

3. What TradingKite is (and isn't)

TradingKite IS:

  • ✓ A portfolio risk analysis tool
  • ✓ A scenario testing platform
  • ✓ An educational resource for understanding portfolio risk

TradingKite IS NOT:

  • ✗ Investment advice or recommendations
  • ✗ A registered investment advisor (RIA)
  • ✗ A guarantee of returns or prevention of losses
  • ✗ A stock broker or trading platform

4. Your responsibilities

    Accurate data: You're responsible for the accuracy of portfolio data you enter.

    Your decisions: You make all investment decisions. TradingKite provides analysis, not advice.
  • 3.
    Don't abuse the service: No scraping, no reverse engineering, no attempting to breach security.

5. Payment & refunds

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. See our Refund Policy for details.

Price changes: Founding Members (subscribed before Feb 1, 2025) lock in their rate forever. For all others, we may change prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of liability

TradingKite provides risk analysis tools. We do not guarantee accuracy of market data, risk calculations, or scenario outcomes.

In plain English: If you lose money on an investment, that's not our fault. TradingKite shows you data and calculations—but you make the final decision. We're not liable for investment losses, market crashes, or inaccurate data from third-party providers.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account anytime in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (spam, abuse, fraud).

Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll email you 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
